How it works
Idea → PRD → design → code → tested → secured → deployed → measured. One coordinated pipeline, run by Master AI Control, with you approving every step.

Every hand-off is a human approval gate — nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
The orchestrator
MAC is the brain of the platform. It owns the project state — the PRD, backlog, architecture decisions, task graph — and hands each agent exactly the context it needs. When an agent finishes, its output folds back into the project, and MAC stops at a human approval gate before anything moves forward.
Nothing advances without your sign-off. After every stage, MAC presents what was produced — a PRD, a prototype, a verified slice of code, test results, a deployment plan — and waits. Approve, revise, or redirect in plain language.
This is the product, not a limitation: it’s how a non-technical founder steers with confidence, and how an engineering team keeps its own judgment in the loop.
The pipeline in detail
No stage ends in a promise. Each one ends in an artifact you can inspect and approve.
01 — Describe
One sentence or one page, in plain language. No specs, no tickets, no jargon required. Master AI Control (MAC) opens the project and engages the team.
Output → A project MAC can run
02 — PRD
Turns your idea into a plan. Converts a plain-language idea into a structured product requirements document.
Output → PRD and a prioritized backlog (evidence-grounded RICE)
03 — Design
Designs the system and the UI. Selects the tech stack and designs the data model.
Output → Tech stack, data model, API contracts, C4 diagrams, and a clickable prototype
04 — Code
Writes the actual code. Plans the work as a task DAG before building.
Output → Real, tested code — not scaffolding
05 — Test
Tests it like a real tester. Generates test suites from the requirements, not just the code.
Output → Generated test suites, self-healing tests, and a live black-box audit of the running app
06 — Secure
Breaks it before attackers do. Builds a threat model for your specific application.
Output → Threat model, scan reports, exploit checks, and remediation
07 — Deploy
Ships it. Writes the infrastructure as code: Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm.
Output → Terraform, Kubernetes/Helm, CI/CD, and real deploys with cost guardrails
08 — Measure
Tells you what's working. Defines and tracks the KPIs that matter for your product.
Output → KPIs, dashboards, NL→SQL queries, forecasting, and feature recommendations
The deliverable
A working application, deployed and reachable at a real URL
The full codebase — you own it, with history and tests intact
Architecture artifacts: data model, API contracts, C4 diagrams
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Kubernetes/Helm, CI/CD
Security posture: threat model, scan reports, remediations
Dashboards and KPIs that tell you what's working after launch
We're launching soon. Waitlist members get early access — bring one sentence, leave with a plan.
